Although you may have come to our site through our more familiar car posts on our Facebook page – which you should like if you haven’t done so already – we are also very interested in things that are #sotrendy other than the usual stuff you see on other blogs around the net.
With that said, here’s our first FOOD POST of many more to come! You will find that our food posts are more of a guide/way to find good eats around cities in the US. As previously mentioned, we want to open the traditional box of blogging in the car culture and incorporate many other things other than what everyone else brings to the table.
If you own a restaurant around the DC Metropolitan area are are interested in being featured, send us a message! We will gladly set-up a time to check your food out and share it with our followers.
Hope you enjoy them!
CAPITOL PRAGUE – 3277 M Street NW Washington, DC 20007
We went out to Capitol Prague in Georgetown after a quick shoot with one of our crew members. We didn’t know what to expect, and were unsure to what food from Prague was like – but we said what the hell lets try it! Walking into the corner location (On Potomac Ave / Mst NW), you don’t expect to find the space we found. The restaurant has a very modern look, while keeping traditional colors and incorporating as much of the space as they could placing a comfortable bench around the center column that splits the dining room in two.
We ordered some of their recommended cocktails, a berry martini and a mojito. Though fruity, they were actually really good!
After getting our drink orders, we got our plates. We ordered something a bit traditional (wanted to be on the safe side since we were hungry) and got wings and pork. Both of the plates looked amazing, and the taste did not disappoint us either.
We highly recommend checking Capitol Prague out. If you find yourself in Georgetown one of these days, stop by! Staff is really friendly and are always there to help you.
Stay tuned for more posts like this one! If you like it, don’t forget to share it!
